The swashbuckling Book-a-neers of the Wheelock Branch greeted families during Proctor Treats on Wednesday, October 31st from 4-6 pm. Parents and kids came dressed to impress in their Halloween costumes and staff handed out over 28 lbs of candy. This beloved annual event has been going on in the Proctor Business District since 1929.
