Master carver Art McKellips's "Victorian Home," part of an eight-piece mural of the styles and periods of house building, is being closely examined by James Turnbull (left) and Gerrit VanderEnde (right) on January 25, 1968. The collection of bas-relief wood sculptures was to be on display at Pacific First Federal Savings & Loan Assn. Mr. Turnbull also had a business interest in the wood carving; he was the executive vice-president of American Plywood Assn.
