On Friday April 12th, patrons in grades K-5 had lots of fun learning about balance in the Franklin Institute’s Leap into Science program. Our young patrons grasped concepts quickly while they participated in hands-on experiments comparing weighted objects, defying gravity with balancing birds and coming up with their own variations on the Leaning Tower of Pisa. All the kids had a great time helping each other and trying new things to learn more about how the world works.
