Proctor Arts Fest is a community-focused, family-friendly street fair event that’s been happening for over 18 years, hosted by the Proctor Business District and volunteers. Enjoy live music and local entertainment, purchase original artwork and crafts, browse through the juried art show and let kids create their own art. It’s a great way to get to know your Proctor area neighbors!
