On Saturday, Nov. 5, I was honored to introduce our Tacoma Reads author event with Julia Alvarez in conversation with Mayor Woodards. Insatiable readers, I hope you'll consider signing up for the Extreme Reader Challenge in 2023 to diversify your reading selections and to meet other local book lovers. To complete the challenge, you'll read 50 books from 55 categories in 50 weeks. Sign-ups for 2023 open in January.
