Lovely Jackie Aitken is crowned Miss Garbage Pit by Miss Tacoma. Angela Nicholson, in regal ceremonies this week at the City Dump. Miss Garbage Pit (also known as Miss Saniterri Landefille) will reign over the open house at the dump Saturday, sponsored by the Tacoma Junior Chamber of Commerce, Applauding the selection are the co-chairmen of the open house, John Ettner, left, and Phil Armour.
